Man Trying To Grab Beer Killed By Falling Refrigerator

The incident happened around 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of 76th Street as the man was getting the alcoholic drink from a fridge in his garage, said Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter.
Winter said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sister accidentally shoots brother in the head while posing with gun for Facebook picture

Phoenix police Sgt. Steve Martos identified the victim as 22-year-old Manuel Ortiz.
Martos said officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex near 37th Avenue and McDowell around 5:30 a.m. Ortiz was found dead inside the apartment where he lived.
Martos said the man's sister had been playing with a gun and having pictures taken. The weapon accidentally discharged and shot Ortiz.
There were three other people in the apartment and one of them witnessed the shooting.
