Store clerk charged with cashing customer's lottery ticket

CLAYTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A 19-year-old convenience store clerk was arrested two days after Christmas when Clayton police determined she cashed a customer's winning lottery ticket and pocketed the money for herself.
